Reiki Level I for Teens Workshop

You Can Heal Yourself!

 

This will be a fun 1-day workshop where you will learn about the human energy field, the history of Reiki, and it’s healing potential. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy, which will enable you to give Reiki to yourself, your family, friends, pets, plants, and even charge batteries. You will learn the Reiki hand positions and practice on one another. By the end of the workshop you will be able to give a full Reiki treatment.

 

Reiki energy can bring relief from pain and stress as well as boost the immune system. It assists in bringing balance to the body on all levels, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Once you learn Reiki you can use it for the rest of your life!
