Therapeutic Massage 60 min. $75.00/90 min. $100.00 Using a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and/or other bodywork specialties. Manipulation of the muscle tissues of the body using specific movements for the purpose of promoting circulation of blood and lymph, relaxation of muscles, relief from pain and restoration of metabolic balance. We may apply deep tissue to release chronic patterns of tension through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia. It can be used for specific work or full-body. We customize the massage to meet your body’s specific needs!
Acupressure Shiatsu 90 min. $90.00 Acupressure is a healing modality that emphasizes balancing the body’s energy or “Qi” on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level by applying gentle, yet firm, pressure to specific acupoints using hand, elbow, knee and barefoot techniques. Corrective exercises, magnet therapy, moxibustion, cupping, quasha, herbal plasters and liniments area adjunct therapies. See Acupressure Page.
Reflexology Session $65.00/As a Series $60.00 Application of pressure to reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond with glands, organs and parts of the body. Blockages are cleared, energy flow stimulated, toxins released and circulation is improved. Activates the body’s own healing mechanism, bringing it back into balance. See Reflexology page.
Reiki 60 min. $60.00/90 min. $75.00 Experienced fully clothed, Reiki is a non-intrusive method of hands-on healing that works by clearing the body’s energy fields. It can address both emotional and physical conditions, promoting a state of deep relaxation. Safe for all ages and conditions.
Reiki/Reflexology Combo 90 min. $85.00 A deeply relaxing and effective combination of Reiki and Reflexology utilizing the benefits of both modalities to enhance your experience.
Integrative Massage™ with Ann Purcell 30 min. $45/60 min. $75/90 min. $105/120 min. $135 With a unique blending of bodywork techniques, each session is designed to address your main concern at treatment time. Sacred Stone Therapy 90 min. $100.00 Based on the science of Ayurveda, this treatment integrates the use of warm stones with traditional massage. Heated oils rejuvenate the skin, while the warm stones work as a natural skin exfoliant. This treatment is a MUST for the winter!
Prenatal 60 min. $75.00/90 min. $100.00 Therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Benefits include reduced edema and pain associated with pregnancy, bringing relief from anxiety, stress and depression caused by hormonal changes.
Aromatherapy 60 min. $75.00/90 min. $100.00 Fragrant essential oils are custom blended with our massage lotion to create a unique combination based on the client’s individual needs and preferences. Aromatherapy massage combines the balancing properties of the essential oils with the relaxing benefits of touch. As the oils are absorbed into the skin and the muscles relax, the therapeutic benefits manifest.
